4. Payment and Subscription Terms

Translatio operates on a Freemium model with additional Pay-per-use options. Users will be billed either monthly or yearly for any Pay-per-use services, and all standard payment methods (credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, etc.) are accepted.

Refunds will be granted to users who have used less than 10% of their plan or are unsatisfied with the service. The decision to grant a refund resides solely with us.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees associated with the Service, including but not limited to setup fees, customization fees, or any other special services, are non-refundable. These non-refundable fees will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase, and by proceeding with the payment, you agree to waive any right to claim a refund for these amounts. Please ensure you understand the terms before making any payment.

Automatic Renewals

Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms and conditions. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees using the payment method on file.

5. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Non-payment of fees.
• Misuse of the Service.
• Inactivity for an extended period.
• Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
